I started Briar Elisabeth Photography fresh out of university at the age of 22, from the comfort of my childhood home, with little more than a dream and a heart full of ambition. Fast forward to today, and after thousands of newborn sessions and two studios later, here we are.

For over 10 years, Briar Elisabeth Photography has been my true passion, long before I became a mum to Kiwa and Aiia. Not a day goes by that I don’t ask myself, “How can I be better? How can I serve my clients in a more meaningful way?”

Photography has always been more than just a job for me; it’s an ever-evolving art and a love that fuels my growth. I’m committed to learning, improving, and delivering the best possible experience for every family that entrusts me with their memories.

Kiwa, Briar & Aiia

Becoming a mum has been my greatest achievement. Raising two very different, yet equally amazing, little humans. Aiia is my spirited big girl who lives for musical theatre; everything to her is a song or a dance. Then there’s Kiwa, my go with the flow, happiest baby in the world.
The bond between my girls is something truly special, and my love for them shines through in everything I do. When it comes to photography, it’s a way to capture the moments that matter most, the ones I want to hold onto forever.
Photography allows me to freeze those precious moments in time, whether it’s Kiwa and Aiia’s laughter, their milestones, or the everyday beauty of the world around them. It’s how I create lasting memories that I will cherish for a lifetime, and it’s this passion I bring into every session with my clients.
